JENNIFER PRINZ NAMED CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER OF DONOR ALLIANCE

DENVER—July 15, 2008—Donor Alliance, the organ procurement organization and American Association of Tissue Banks (AATB) accredited tissue bank serving Colorado and most of Wyoming, has named Jennifer Prinz chief operating officer.

Prinz joined Donor Alliance as vice president of organ procurement operations in January 2008. She began her tenure in the industry in 1995 with Tennessee Donor Services as a senior organ recovery coordinator and was promoted to regional recovery manager in 1998. In 2003, Prinz became the director of quality systems and compliance. While working on her graduate degree in 2004-2005, she returned to the hospital setting as the manager of the Trauma Center and Neuro ICUs at the University of Tennessee Medical Center in Knoxville. She rejoined Tennessee Donor Services in 2005 as the procurement director.

“Jennifer has extensive knowledge of organ and tissue procurement and regulatory issues,” said Sue Dunn, president and CEO of Donor Alliance. “With her strong leadership skills, Donor Alliance will benefit from her expertise and strong understanding of the transplantation industry.”

Prinz earned a bachelor of science degree in nursing from Wright State University in Dayton, Ohio and an MPH in Health Planning and Administration from the University of Tennessee.
