“We are incredibly proud to be recognized as one of The Denver Post’s 2023 Top Workplaces, an honor that is a testament to our employees who bring their best selves to work every day to make lifesaving and healing impacts throughout our community,” said Jennifer Prinz, president and CEO of Donor Alliance. “We are grateful for their dedication to our mission of saving and healing lives through organ and tissue donation, which is evidenced by the 829 lifesaving organ and 140,000 healing tissue transplants that were made possible by heroic organ and tissue donors throughout our region last year alone.”

The rankings for Top Workplaces are determined exclusively by an anonymous feedback survey from employees. This survey evaluates various facets of the workplace culture, such as Alignment, Execution, and Connection across the entire organization.

Donor Alliance is a recognized leader in organ and tissue donation and fosters a mission-driven culture. In addition to the Top Workplaces honor, Donor Alliance was also recently recognized as a 2023 Best Place to Work by Denver Business Journal in the extra-large company (100-249 employees) category.
