In 2025, Donor Alliance achieved a historic milestone, facilitating more than 1,000 transplants in a single year. This success reflects our determination to overcome challenges and move mountains for those waiting for a second chance at life.

This historic achievement was driven by a focus on performance excellence through our Malcolm Baldrige journey and commitment to continuous improvement. By streamlining donor management and expanding lung recruitment techniques, we optimized critical pathways to increase organ viability. Advanced technologies such as ex-situ perfusion with Lung Bioengineering and TransMedics, and in-situ perfusion through Normothermic Regional Perfusion (NRP), allowed us to preserve and utilize more organs than ever before.

We maximized allocation by exhausting waiting lists to ensure every viable organ found a recipient and strengthened partnerships with hospitals and transplant centers through clinical in-house coordinators, C-suite engagement, and physician collaboration. These efforts reflect our dedication to innovation, collaboration, and excellence in saving and healing lives.
