During the Wyoming Donor Dash, be sure to view the new Donate Life Forest! Just like the cycle of life witnessed in a forest, this special place honors those connected to organ, eye and tissue donation; from givers of life through donation, to transplant recipients and wait list candidates.

We invite you to honor your connection to donation and transplantation with a honorary ornament! The request form is below. Your honorary ornament includes a photo.

Virtual Donate Life Forest:

When you request an honorary ornament on the form below, you will be able to select placement in the virtual forest as well. The virtual forest is visible for all to see and honor, celebrate and recognize those heroes in our communities and neighborhoods who have been touched by donation and transplantation. Placement in the virtual forest is optional.

The deadline to request your honorary ornament and placement in the virtual forest via the request form below is April 15, 2022 at 12pm. All honorary ornaments will be mailed with your event registration bags. Please note, we cannot guarantee receipt of registration bags for registrations that happen after April 20, 2022 due to delayed mail.
