Transplantation Science In The Classroom

Request a Traveling Trunk

To request a Traveling Trunk Transplantation Science class, please complete & submit the form below.

A Public Education Coordinator will contact you within approximately five business days to confirm details.

Please keep these things in mind:
  • Please submit three possible dates. We will make every effort to accommodate the first choice. Educators will not be available the last two weeks of each semester.
  • Submit requests 3-4 weeks in advance of the date(s) requested.
  • Please submit one form per teacher with each teacher’s email address. We will email the confirmation to each individual teacher.
  • The Traveling Trunk will be shipped to your school the week of the scheduled class and the teacher is responsible for shipping the trunk back. Postage is paid by Donor Alliance.
  • This program is designed for schools in remote locations where in-person instruction may not be feasible. Schools located in Northern Colorado, Southern Colorado, the Colorado Western Slope, or Wyoming should request an In-Person Transplantation Science class instead
