Donor Alliance CEO Jennifer Prinz Selected as 2022 Most Admired CEO Award Winner

DENVER – OCTOBER 25, 2022 – Donor Alliance, president and CEO, Jennifer Prinz has been recognized as a 2022 Most Admired CEO Award winner by the Denver Business Journal for her impactful leadership and contributions to Donor Alliance and the communities the organization serves. The Most Admired CEO Awards honor outstanding chief executives in the Denver metropolitan area. An outstanding CEO is an innovator, standard-bearer, role model and transformational leader.

Prinz has been a pillar in the Denver healthcare community and in the donation and transplantation industry for more than a decade. Under her leadership and through the generosity of donors and their families, Donor Alliance facilitated more organ transplants than ever before in 2021. Marking the region’s seventh consecutive year of growth, the organization helped save the lives of 642 people through organ donation and save and heal thousands more through tissue donation.

Prinz’s compassion and professionalism have allowed her to gracefully manage particularly stressful situations of life and death with the Donor Alliance workforce, hospital staff and grieving families. Her thoughtful approach to planning and continuous focus on maintaining a mission-driven culture have been key to Donor Alliance’s organizational sustainability and its ability to carry out lifesaving work in the face of change and other disruptions.

Prinz also knows the value of fostering and growing talent within an organization and focuses on developing managers into leaders. Through careful mentoring and inclusive teaching methods, she instills the qualities the team needs to lead Donor Alliance into the future with continued success.
