Where is early packet pick up?

Early packet pick up is on Wednesday, July 15 at 200 Spruce Street Denver CO, 80230.

How can I honor my loved one at Donor Dash?

DASHBOARD: The Donor Dash Dashboard features three videoboards at the event—two located at the stage and one near the start line. As a participant, you can share a photo and a short message highlighting your reason for participating or your personal connection to donation and transplantation. These photos and messages will be displayed throughout race morning. Please fill out this form with your photo and message.

HONORARY SIGNS: We can provide an Honorary sign to show who you are dashing for! Fill out the Honorary Sign form here. (FORM NOT MADE YET)

RIBBON CEREMONY: Please stay for the on-stage program starting at 9:30 am on race day to hear inspirational stories and come together to recognize all the different connections to organ, eye, and tissue donation.

Can I bring my dog to Donor Dash?

Absolutely! Dogs are invited to join the Donor Dash. Please keep them on a leash during the event. Once you’ve completed the 5K walk or run, head over to our fantastic dog zone, proudly sponsored by Chewy’s Bonetique, where your furry friend can enjoy fresh water, treats, and plenty of fun!

Can participants still complete the 5k Run/Walk virtually?

Yes, participants can still join us virtually this year from wherever they are by adding an $8.00 shipping fee to their registration and getting their packets mailed to them. Complete the 5K virtually and track your time on race day through the RunKeeper App.

Can I get my packet mailed to me and still complete the 5K Run/Walk in person at Washington Park?

Yes, participants may choose to have their packets mailed to them during the initial online registration process. In order to keep registration costs down, a shipping fee will be charged to cover the cost of mailing the packet. In order to ensure packets will arrive before the event, participants must register and select the shipping option prior to 11:59pm on Sunday, June 21.

I am a team captain, where am I supposed to pick up all my teams’ packets?

As a team captain, you are in charge of collecting all of your team members packets at packet pick up on Wednesday, July 15 at Donor Alliance or the morning of the race.

I am a team captain and I can’t make it to packet pick-up. What do I do?

You can designate one person to pick up your teams’ packets for you. Please email Tina, the team liaison the first and last name of the designee at dtkaiser2011@comcast.net.

I am a team captain and I’m having trouble exporting my team roster from Race Roster. How do I get help with that?

No worries team captains, we got you covered! If you are having trouble/are unable to export your team roster from Race Roster please reach out and contact us. to receive a roster with ALL of your team information, including who chose to get their packets shipped and team members t-shirt sizes.

Will you be hosting the Diaper Dash this year?

Yes, we will! We will have waivers on race day. Stay tuned to learn where exactly it will be held on race day!
