Ellen Nawrocki

Ellen Nawrocki began her journey at Donor Alliance in 2021 as a Family Support Coordinator, supporting families through the intricacies of organ donation after losing their loved one. Now a Donation Consultant, she collaborates with hospitals to optimize and support their organ donation process. Ellen holds a bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science from Colorado State University, equipping her with a strong foundation in the physiological aspects of healthcare. Complementing this, she pursued a master’s in Health Services Administration from Regis University, honing her administrative and leadership skills. Ellen has seen first-hand the healing and hope that donation can bring to families and is honored to continue that work with our hospital partners.
