Amber Marthis

Amber Marthis began working as a Coroner Liaison in August of 2025. Amber joined Donor Alliance in August 2024 as a Tissue Recovery Coordinator. She brought previous experience from SimWerx doing donor intake and utilizing anatomical gifts from those donors for emergency medical service trainings. Amber also worked as a Funeral Director and with First Call of Colorado, assisting coroner’s offices with investigations and decedent transport. As a Tissue Recovery Coordinator, Amber helped lead the tissue portion of a wet lab hosted by Arapahoe Community College for Mortuary Science students. She also represented the tissue department at the Wyoming Coroners Conference, presenting on the tissue recovery process.
