Donor Alliance Adds Transplant Surgeon Steven Rudich

Colorado/Wyoming organ procurement organization adds transplant surgeon to Organ recovery surgical team

DENVER – October 2022 – Donor Alliance, the federally designated organ procurement organization serving Colorado and most of Wyoming, has added Dr. Steven Rudich, M.D., Ph.D., F.A.C.S. to its organ recovery surgical team. A veteran in the organ procurement industry, Dr. Rudich has extensive experience as an organ recovery surgeon and brings more than two decades of abdominal transplant experience to his role.

Dr. Rudich has previously served as an organ recovery surgeon at Gift of Life Donor program and Gift of Life Michigan and director of liver transplant services at University of Cincinnati. He will officially join the organization in January 2023.

Dr. Rudich received his medical degree from Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai and fellowship in Multi-Abdominal Organ Transplantation from the University of California, Los Angeles.
