Donor Alliance provides eligible employee benefits effective on the first day of the month following 30 days of employment, including:
Medical: Employees have the opportunity to choose between two options to best suit their family needs.
Dental: Employees have the opportunity to choose between two options to best suit their family needs.
Vision: In and out-of-network benefits are available. Exams and lenses are covered every 12 months, frames every 24 months.
Flexible Spending Accounts: Employees also have the option to claim reimbursement for medical and dependent care expenses.
Life Insurance: Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment Insurance are provided by Donor Alliance at two times the base salary of the employee.
Disability Insurance: Donor Alliance pays 100% the premiums for short-term and long-term disability insurance. The coverage is 60% of current earnings.
Voluntary Life: Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance for themselves and legal dependents to dovetail with the long term employer paid benefit.
401(k) Employee Contribution/ Employer Match: Employees are automatically enrolled at 5% after 30 days of service. In addition to the employee’s contribution, Donor Alliance offers up to a 4% match on the employee’s first 5% contribution after one year of service.
