Participate in the “My Hero Said Yes” Campaign

Transplant recipients, we invite you to insert yourself into our new campaign to raise awareness for organ, eye and tissue donation in Colorado and Wyoming: “My Hero Said Yes!” Learn more about the new campaign.

Simply fill out the following form and upload your photos to get started. One of our volunteers (Rob, heart recipient, or Scott, liver recipient) will email you your own version of the ad within 5 business days. Then it’s yours to share on social media with the hashtag #MyHeroSaidYes!

Photo Tips – Help us make your ad look its best!

  • Submit a photo of you by yourself – no group shots, please
  • Submit photos of you doing something you love – show the world what your transplant allows you to do!
  • Choose photos that are well lit and in focus
  • Landscape shots are best
  • Digital photos (.jpg or .png) with a minimum resolution of 72 dpi are best
  • Upload three photo options so we can pick the best photo for the ad layout
  • As stated in the fine print below, only submit photos of yourself that you own the rights to
  • If we have problems with your photo, we will reach out to you to find a better option
