Metropolitan Denver Opportunities:

• DDS: Global Fest 2025. Donor Alliance looks forward to once again participating in Aurora’s Global Fest! Join us to be part of Aurora’s largest cultural celebration with music, dance, food, art and community fun! We are looking for 2 Advocates per shift to help educate and inspire the Aurora community to join the donor registry. This event takes place at the Aurora Municipal Center Great Lawn in Aurora.

• DDS: Rocky Mountain Rods & Rides Car Show. Donor Alliance is looking forward to participating in this community event with the Pharaohs Car Club. We are looking for 2 Advocates per shift.  This event will take place downtown Brighton in conjunction with Brighton’s Annual 50s/Rockabilly Days- making it a fun-filled and lively event!

• Event Support: Donor Dash- Team T-Shirt Sorting. We are looking for 10-15 Advocates to help us prepare team t-shirt packets ahead of Early Packet Pick Up! A light lunch will be provided. This opportunity takes place at Donor Alliance’s offices in Denver.
  • Monday, July 14, 10:00am-2:00pm
• Event Support: Donor Dash-Bib Labeling. We are looking for 10-15 Advocates to help us label bibs for the Donor Dash as we prepare for Early Packet Pick Up! A light lunch will be provided. All volunteers will receive a code for a free race registration. This opportunity takes place at Donor Alliance’s offices in Denver.
  • Tuesday, July 15, 10:00am-2:00pm
• Event Support: Donor Dash- Exhibitor Load In & Event Set Up Support. Help support the Donor Dash planning committee by providing support as we get Washington Park set up for the 26th Annual Donor Dash! Advocates will be driving golf carts to shuttle exhibitors, preparing signs for the Memorial Garden and providing additional support in set up tasks. This opportunity is fully outdoors.
  • Saturday, July 19, 12:00pm-4:00pm
• DDS/Community Event: Donor Dash- Donate Life Colorado Table. We are looking for 2-3 Advocates to staff a table at Donor Dash in the expo area! Advocates will pass out swag and educate and inspire Donor Dash attendees to sign up on the donor registry. The 26th Annual Donor Dash takes place at Denver’s Washington Park. All event volunteers receive a code for a free race registration.

• DDS/Community Event: Colorado Rockies Game. Join Donor Alliance at Coors Field during the Rockies game to educate and inspire game attendees to sign up on the donor registry.

• Special Event: Parade of Lights! We are looking for 15-25 volunteers to walk with our Gift of Life balloon at the annual Parade of Lights downtown Denver. Advocates are welcome to bring family and friends to this fun downtown Denver tradition!

Wyoming Opportunities:

• DDS: NIC Fest. From talented visual artists and musicians to unique small businesses, NIC Fest showcases the best our community has to offer. Explore an exciting lineup of art booths, live performances, delicious food, and engaging activities for all ages. Donate Life Wyoming is excited to join this community event to educate and inspire event attendees about the impact of organ, eye and tissue donation. We are looking for 2-3 Advocates per shift to help staff a table in the vendor area. This event takes place downtown Casper.

• DDS: Casper Spuds Donate Life Night. The Casper Spuds baseball team will collaborate with Donor Alliance for Donate Life Night on Friday, June 27th. Donor Alliance will table at the entrance of the game to educate & inspire attendees! Anyone with a heart on their license will have free admission. As we get closer, there will be some fun initiatives for our Advocates! If you’re interested in attending or volunteering, sign up to join us! This event takes place at Mike Lansing Field, 1101 N. Poplar Street, Casper, WY.
  • Friday, June 27, 6:00pm-9:30pm
• DDS: Cheyenne Superday. Superday is an annual celebration which serves to kick off July as National Parks & Recreation Month to promote a greater awareness of the value and availability of recreation and leisure activities and to get people active. Donor Alliance/Donate Life Wyoming looks forward to having a table at this community focused event. We are looking for 2 Advocates per shift to help support the event to educate and inspire attendees to sign up on the donor registry.
  • Saturday, June 28
    • Shift 1: 9:00am-12:30pm
    • Shift 2: 12:30pm-4:00pm
• Special Event: Central Wyoming Fair & Rodeo Parade.  We are looking for Advocates, friends and neighbors to join us to represent Donate Life Wyoming in this fun parade downtown! Participants will ride or walk alongside a flat bed truck and hand out promo items to parade attendees. This event takes place downtown Casper.
