Donor Alliance Named Top Workplace 2018 by the Denver Post

Donor Alliance has been recognized as a 2018 Top Workplace by The Denver Post for the fifth consecutive year. The organization ranked 25th on the list of top small companies and boasted a 96% response rate from its staff with no participation incentives.

The notable list based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, a research firm that specializes in organizational health and workplace Top Workplace 2018improvement. Several aspects of workplace culture were measured, including alignment, execution and connection, just to name a few

On receiving the honor of a Top Workplace 2018, our president and CEO, Sue Dunn said, “We are thrilled to be ranked among the top workplaces in Colorado for a fifth year, a recognition that comes during one of our busiest times of year and serves as the perfect reminder of why we come to work every day.”

With April being recognized nationally as National Donate Life Month, Sue added, “Our employees are hard at work raising awareness for the cause in communities throughout Colorado. As the heart and soul of our organization, our employees are essential in achieving our mission to save lives through organ and tissue donation and transplantation.”

One hundred companies were selected for the 2018 Top Workplaces award across a handful of categories based on company size, which The Denver Post published a complete list of Top Workplaces on April 19. Donor Alliance ranked 25th on the list of top small companies.
